They said that you get a boost to your physical stats (Health, Magica, Stamina) when you transform, so I think it's the same bar, but with a bonus.

I believe I read as vampire lord we will have like 100% more life ( if that's what u mean by mana pool) as well as seriously increased power, don't quote me on that but I definately read something along those lines

Pretty sure you use your own pool, but it is enhanced by the VL form, hence the perks to add points to your health, magika and stamina.

I guess you probably will, the Vampire lord mode will probably boost your stats, but I hope that if you've added a lot to your magicka pool that you will get to use your abilities more frequently. Of course if you've added to your health pool you will be more of a close combat killing machine. That is what I'm hoping for at least.

And I would like this thread to stay on topic, however I have a hard time imagining that it will.

Is DG going to be just a main quest line DLC or will it be more like shivering isles with lots 'o' sidequests? I heard they were comparing it to the DLC of Fallout which made me a little uneasy compared to other TES expansions

There will be sidequests, apparently, but they might not be relevant to DG itself.

I agree with this, similar to how the werewolf is your stamina plus some. Im guessing that vamp lord will unequip your armor and stuff too, dont know
