If email is required to be associated with Xbox live, then I made a grave mistake. I used my university email for this and beta signup instead of windows hotmail (for my xbox live and private emails). At least I put my Xbox username on profile and beta sign up. I hope it is enough.

I agree with this, similar to how the werewolf is your stamina plus some. Im guessing that vamp lord will unequip your armor and stuff too, dont know

and i hope the levitate ability won't be TOO restricted but it will most certaintly be full of bugs, so i will probably check that out first.

They said that you get a boost to your physical stats (Health, Magica, Stamina) when you transform, so I think it's the same bar, but with a bonus.
