Im thinking
S: 7 (i wanna be able to use almost all the weapons, and with that Strength medical enhancement you can get this will let me do it!)
P:6 (This is assuming it is no longer almost useless like in Fallout 3)'
E: 4
C: 4
I: 8 (being a smarty pants is the only way to play)
A:6 (maybe even one less - I'm not a huge VATS user; mostly just for very precise moments and a little bit of AP is all I need)
L:5 (the idea of being "unlucky" doesn't sit well with me, but its not worth some points to put it higher. )
this is a rough idea. Maybe less Perception depending on if they have changed it. I will definitely have to read the stat descriptions and possibly re-evaluate.
Tag: Guns, Speech, and I have not decided on a third. Maybe Melee Weapons for those dire moments. I am planning on playing hardcoe and carrying very little ammo to maximize what I can loot, so having a trusty dagger for easy kills / OH [censored] moments and being decent with it would be handy.
On the other hand, I always like having a good Repair skill so I could shoot at maximum efficiency (also - YAY for that "Maintain" buffer zone for your gear!) and Sneak is always super handy.
No matter which I choose, these will be my primary skills I invest in.
I don't know about traits yet. I was considering Gifted, but it depends on the skill reduction. Maybe another trait just for flavour but we will see.
