Besides how would you know if so, There are things we don't know, who haven't played it. Instead of arguing and assuming what's not in the game and ruining the experience for people....

I don't know...I could see a weapon made of scales. I'd imagine the ones from a Dragon are pretty tuff. I mean were not talking about fish scales, but I have had cut up pretty bad handling some. Give these Dragon ones, I could see them lined up and down a shaft to make a serrated like blade.

That could get rather nasty, indeed.

I'd like dragon scale weapons. They would be weaker but lighter weight, which means that you can carry more of them (in case you enchant different weapons for different scenarios) and they would cost less stamina to swing.

It's kind of funny that before the announcement of dragon bone weapons being added with Dawnguard, most people nagged it wasn't right there were no such weapons. Now that the devs implement it, a lot of people nag it's not logical to make weapons out of that material. Minds are so fickle.

Ebony isn't wood in the TES lore, it's volcano rock from Red Mountain. Not like it makes more sense making weapons or armor from volcano rock (way too hard), but eh.

Scales can't cut very well. Bone was an ancient weapon and dragon bones are probably a thousand times denser than human bones
