Dragon vs Daedric

Dragon armor... look at it... is it really hard to make? You take the dragon bones and scales, attach them with leather, etc. and form armor. Its not much different from dwarven, you are taking pieces of stuff and using it to make armor. IMO you don't even need a forge to do that, a hammer and some leather could get it done.

The metal armors on the other hand require heating, bending, layering, cooling, etc. A very tiring complex job, and ebony/glass are harder to work with than just steel according to the lore.

Now try to build ebony armor, and while you are doing it throw in some magic and a deadra heart and if you are really really good.. you get deadric armor. I personally don't think making deadric armor should be possible using a forge. Using the atronach forge with a Sigil stone should be the only way to make it IMO just because it is magical by its very nature.

Still, that would mean Daedric should require a higher smithing level, which it doesn't.

Should be able to make Daedric dragon armour. Dragon bones infused with the soul of a Daedra. That should be the best.
