I love this! It looks clean, very detailed, and best of all, it is balanced! I love you

Thanks. :)

I've been meaning to add backpacks for a while. SedPL has open permissions for his backpacks (they're the ones I used there), but also offers on their download page to supply psd files if people want to retexture them. I had contacted him about that a while ago, because it would have made it easier, but I guess he hasn't been online for a while; I didn't hear back. Since I had another small update I wanted to make to DTO main, I just decided to go ahead and get the backpacks done so the update was a bit more substantial.

At the same time, I was still porting the DTO Bonus Pack - and decided to go back through the comments thread/s and add a few more requests while I was at it - so it all sort of happened at once. :)

Say I wanted to make NCR troopers use the armor, how would I go about doing that? :D

Isn't there an included ESP that does this?

Here's a tiny hint, and not meaning to sound rude... but try out: DragonskinNCRPersonnelWearingOutfits.esp included in the main mod's .rar file. :P

Unless of course, you wanted them using more than just the NCR variant.

The included esp. only changes NCR Rangers, I want NCR Troopers to use the NCR Dragonskin Outfit.

It would be fairly quick to do... if you know what you're doing.

You could open DragonskinNCRPersonnelWearingOutfits.esp in the GECK (after temporarily enabling the ESM flag in DragonskinTacticalOutfit.esp using FNVEdit), and add the outfit/s you want to the appropriate leveled list/s. Probably the quickest way to find the right leveled list/s would be to right-click on one of the outfits NCR Troopers normally wear, and select 'Use Info' from the context menu. That'll pop up a list of things that reference the outfit; including leveled lists.
