"Drugged" attribute broken

Not shure what the deal is. Have alterd the drugged effect many ways with little mods. At least np in getting the tint to not hang for 45 sec. But sofar no glowy purple world. The Drugged effect is easy . It overlays a dark tint of purple. Then cranks the bloom to 2 times. The effect seems to hang at the bloom part. So we end up with a dark screen.

My Saves>RendererInfo clearly shows boom disabled. My understanding bloom is not working atm. The effect should not hang. Should have an exception extentson. As to use some other path to emulate the bloom effect. Even should just at least release the tint so you dont end up with a dark purple screen. All other other glowy effects in my game work. So this effect should also work.

I think this is a hang. It recovers via the 45 sec duration. The dunSleepingTreeCamp effect will produce the drinking potion sound. But no sound of the magic effect for drugged is generated after it is triggerd.

The conflicts with AA, HDR, Bloom and Nvidia have been around for a long time. For the last week. I have been stuck with a rash of updates. Spent some time working backwards with this. Monitor -> Gfx -> windows. Control atm is now set to Nvidia control panel RGB giving it control of the monitor.

I think my first project will be to modify some debuger tools. Best I uderstand how the game adapts to the limitations set forth by the user.

Bumping with another update,

Last week I received a reply from Bethesda support. I sent them back what they requested and will update again if they respond.

They seem to take a long time, though.
