I annihilated every evil character ingame. Does that count?

A diabolically evil entity would kill as many people as possible while still maintaining high popularity with the factions. Leading deathclaws into NCR camps and such is always a hoot and a half.

Does anyone know if you can kill Festus?

After I realised that a script hadn't updated for yet another quest, and that I'd have to reload a save several hours back, I decided to take it out on the Mojave inhabitants. I managed to kill two settlements off and was halfway through my third when the game froze. I loaded it up again, brought up fast travel, and it crashed again. At that point, I briefly considered going on an actual rampage in real life, but I figured it was probably frowned upon. Like a zoning violation or socks with sandals or something.

So I put New Vegas away and finally beat Gears of War 2 on hardcoe. Good game.

Have fun trying on a Deathclaw. Also, bark scorpions. Their poison isn't very fun to be injected with.

Don't you "kill" him when you complete his quest? Since after completing it, he isn't able to interact with you. That would probably be considered "disabling", not killing. That means its kinda like

Plan C is going to be for my next playthrough. Right now, trying siding w/ the NCR since it's the only faction I haven't ended w/ yet.
