Jury rigger is a huge time saver and it makes grabbing otherwise useless light clothes into worthwhile endeavor to build up repair stockpiles. I love tooling around in my reinforced Sierra Madre light armor (w/ light touch perk) and being able to keep it fully repaired by just killing some raiders; makes it invaluable to me.

Even with Dead Money I still love Jury Rigging. I could go and get lots of weapon repair kits, but being able to repair weapons and armor with mildly similar items is still useful as hell. I can keep all my items in excellent condition all the time with just weapons I loot. And even advanced armors are easy to maintain. Sometimes a vendor won't have an advanced combat armor mk. 2, but they'll always have some variation of it, so I'll still be able to fix it.

I like the Jury Rigging perk. I get tired of maxing out my weight limit and just like to keep my weapons fresh doing max damage. I don't like some of the combinations though. Like none of the shotguns repair the Riot Shotgun. :sadvaultboy:
