Fixed, Cook-Cook is just one of Motor-Runner's lieutenants, Motor-Runner is the actual leader of the Fiends. Also, Marjorie is the head of the White Glove Society, Mortimer is the Front Desk Manager.

Yeah, I'm a little nitpicky about Fallout Lore.

There is nothing about The King that isn't awesome. Sounds and looks like Elvis, keeps Freeside independent, and he has a cyborg dog. He's just the epitome of cool.

And Marcus, Marcus is just amazing, that Keene guy needs to shut his blue trap.

Although I like Jason Bright's echoy voice but I hate how he used Chris Haversam.

Oh, yes, bias it is then, but who makes the decisions about ignoring or aquiring help from other small factions? Who makes them? The Courier does. The Courier makes the decisions about help.

The courier does NOT lead a Faction, He is independant.

He has help though, But they are their own Factions aiding The Courier.

I was going to say The King but I went with Marcus for old times' sake. He is the most sensible mutie I came across so far.
On a side note, I disliked House right from the first conversation I had with him.
