Yes man / The Courier do not lead factions, Independant is not a faction, Thats just.. Well its independant.

Hidden Valley Elder could be either of the two people, Because the non Elder, If you help him BECOMES the elder.

President Kimball because of nostalgia, I have been helping NCR since it was nothing but Shady Sands. Still Caesar is a more active leader and I did enjoy sniping Kimball but of the two I go with PK. Mr.House just sits in his tower and is not much of a leader he's a businessman that has bad mental problems.

He's right the BoS is a pretty beast faction and its a faction I like, too bad I had to blow them up 3 times.
