I would very much welcome first person horseback riding. I love the mounted combat, but I can't finesse it and find myself dismounting to fight anyway. Which is such a shame, because it truly looks cool.

I had the same issues with being a werewolf. I just can't aim properly when I'm in 3rd person and end up wiffing all over the place. Now, admittedly, this is because I play first person most of the time. I imagine I'd be better in third person if I played in third person more. But I don't, so I'm not. :)

Why do you stay here if all you seem to say in your posts are: "TES is streamlined" "TES is appealing to the console kiddies!" It's pathetic really.

I must let the internet know of my dissaproval.

Yes, Yes, and Yes. I keep pressing the button to switch between 1st and 3rd person views while I'm on my Shadowmere. x__x

Now that mounted combat is in the game wouldn't it be great if we could have a first person view while riding out horses into glorious battle. 1. It would make it easier to line up enemies with whatever side of the horse you're swinging from, and 2. It would add to the realism of mounted combat. As an added touch, whatever side you're swinging from, the camera could lean slightly over to that side so you can see you're target better.
Maybe add a poll?

Yes yes yes. I don't use crosshairs so I end up wasting half my arrows trying to hit the enemies.

Mounted Combat, Lycan Combat, Vamp Combat, all of these need to allow first person perspective. So... why don't we have it?

It's difficult to even turn the horse in third, l doubt I'll be able to shoot anything on horseback when the patch finally comes to pc.

I agree, especially since it's hard sometimes to find the crosshair when it's being covered by the PC and his horse.

When you mount a horse, you are taking control of the creature, and are no longer in control of your character. At least, that's how it used to be until the new update. Did you notice when you are riding the horse and you pull out your weapon and the camera raises slightly? Im pretty sure that is control being granted back to your character. I think this is also why we saw no horse back enemies in the game.
