It really was a great quest, very enjoyable.

I also want to voice my appreciation for the addition of FO2 Advanced power armour (the true enclave power armour), thanks Obsidian you did a great job with it. :goodjob:

Figured I'd post this here to see if anyone else has encountered this:

I completed For Auld Lang Syne successfully in the NCR's favor, including talking down Moreno into aiding the NCR. However, when they arrived at the dam battle, after engaging the initial Legion troops there Moreno put away his weapon and began walking away, Kreiger remained in place, and Doctor Henry only followed as far as the camp gate; Cannibal Johnson was the only Remnant to follow me the whole way.

Did this happen to anyone else? I'm wondering if it was a bug or intentional.

I think it's intentional. Only one of them follows you in to the legate fight IIRC.

I guess that makes sense, but it's kind of a letdown to have the power-armored badasses just walk away.

Oh well, that's what mods are for, I suppose! :)

I'm a great fan of the Enclave, so I really loved this quest too.

I have been trying to get Arcade to give me this quest but for some reason he won't. Probably because I avoid combat with all factions as much as possible, unless of course they are Powder Gangers (there entire quest line for me is broken), I've been forced to attack them on site without provocation and for no apparent reason because no matter what I do, they always turn hostile against me. I blame Goodsprings.

The best way to qet his quest

Spoiler
1. Send Power from Helios One to Freeside (Freemont Street and West Side)
2. Take Arcade to his trigger spots (Crashed Vertibird, Repconn HQ, Van Graffs Shop)
3. You must be midway through the game (I dont know the NCR route, but the House Route you must be up to the point where you must save President Kimball)

I've been to the Crashed Vertibird, I've killed the Van Graffs (by accident), and I've even taken him to Repconn. I haven't switched the power at Helios one yet though.

You need to have completed either

For the Republic

Done The House Always wins until you've destroyed the Brotherhood

Or most easy, Installed Yes Man into the mainframe and killed House.

There is no Legion Trigger due to Arcade being a Follower so if you're Legion do the last option, you'll get Beware the Wrath of Caesar but seeing as you'll be helping him it won't matter, also if I remember correctly the dialouge in the Silver Rush is glitched and doesn't contribute.

Yes.I never played fallout 2, but I know they were the main bad guys in it.Fallout 3 enclave just pissed me off.Come on, eaden was evil, but col autum wanted to adapt the waste land to the enclave, not just kill every one and start over. I wanted to join them, at least in my less than good play throughs( not evil, just not as noble as the "east brotherhood, liked em, but not for every playthrough), anyway, Thank you obs. for giving us this quest, and for letting us see the enclave in at least a slightly different way than just "bad guy".

Make sure you get Arcade's dialogue as well. Talk to him after visiting the vertibird and entering RepConn (automatic I think). Also, he triggers after talking to that doctor in Camp McCarran, the one who gives you the Vault 22 quest. Go talk to him a little then leave the scientist's bit and he should talk to you.
