If you follow anything around long enough you'll probably find an ore vein.

It's fascinating to see how superstitions are born in a virtual world, very interesting way to see into the past and why humans see agency through confirmation bias.

It is said that foxes will lead ye to the blood'o the mountains, boy. Seek ye a fox with pick in hand and birth the iron from the pillars of the land.

Has anyone who is doubting this actually tested it? I know its false until proven true, but it couldn't hurt for more people to try. I myself havn't been in the Skyrim mood for a while....Yet I spend so much internet time on these forums.

Honestly it sounds rather silly at best. Like finding Mew under a truck or something silly.

I just tried this...
I followed the fox for about 2 minutes and it led me to a cliff where is stopped at its edge and ceased moving all together. I think it possibly froze to death but im not 100% sure...

There are no such Radiant AI behavior packages on the fox actors that lead to ore veins. You are imagining things.

I want this to be a schoolyard myth. Let it be one! Too bad the game is rated M, or kids would be saying how a fox led them to ore.

Great point. I can't stop saying the second sentence, and with a terrible Irish accent. Such wonderful metaphor and imagery in such a small amount of space. I love it.

Giants actually have baseball teams. And are hoarding all the double clubs.

I seriously want this to become a rumor that even the truth will never kill. It will be killed, sadly. I want it not to. I did try this almost, but my current Nightcrawler role play means he is too curious about everything to follow a fox.
