This is one of the reasons previous SD games didn't have killcams - you're not supposed to know where that guy came from. Giving away enemy locations everytime a player dies, kills tactics and strategy. They already have a solution for revealing enemy locations through Operative skills, and even then it's just a dot on the minimap, not an actual first person view if the enemy.
Depends on the killcam. I for one didn't like BFBC2 since it showed you where they were going, far more damaging than where they came from. Besides it gives the location only to you and I don't see how 3 secs or so of vid is going to destroy someones strategy.
