Possibly, I am also hoping we get new homes in Skyrim and on a new landmass if there is one I certainly hope there is a new landmass.

Todd said that dawnguard will focus more on exploration and crafting. So hopefully a new landmass? We still have tomorrow for more info on dawnguard.

Maybe homes in the Soul Cairn?

There are building structures and a large black chapel. So we can assume there are places to dwell. If not, they can just chill out at a grave.

I have an evil vampire one that I classify as such who is going to sire a vampire who will be good and he will also join the vampire faction, its very exciting this is not another black and white tale and there is some gray thrown in there.

I am excited too! I have two vampires who see the Dawnguard as evil, and wish to bring about vampiric dominance upon the land, but one of them is still skeptical if the blotting of the sun would be an ethical thing to do.

He said something about customizing the Dawnguard/ Volkihar bases. I'm not sure what else it applies to though. Such as house building etc.

Yes my one character wishes to edging the sun regardless of any consequences because he will never be weakened or damaged by the sun. For the simple reason he just loves the thrill of being a vampire and the thrill of the hunt and the kill and he is a staunch supporter of Molag Bal. My other vampire will be a younger new vampire who is going to want to save Serena from her father because he thinks you never kill one of your kin and if I can I am going to have him avoid drinking blood from people, depending on how the blood canteen works he will never bite anyone or a few in the beginning then hr will learn he detest the hunt and the thirst.

I think we can side with both. I hope so anyway. On one character i do want to block out the sun.

And vampires can procreate, maybe? There is a mother, the father and the daughter!

It could be that they had a daughter while living, and all three got attacked and turned (or maybe one got turned, and that one turned the other two). Or maybe the daughter isn't their actual daughter, but someone they decided to raise as their child.

We don't know that. It could just have something to do with Akatosh in general or something else entirely.
