Gamerfood

No one, ever, needs to play video games. And if you want to but can't concentrate on playing a damned video game than you don't need this energy food [censored], you either need to get more sleep or go outside and get a life.

Its a free country. And when I mean a free country, I mean that if I want to drink coffee or coke, or even eat speed peanuts, to stay up and play video games its cool for me to do it. And when i say cool I don't mean chillin under a nice shade on a blazin hot day, I mean its okay for me to do it.

Speed nuts lolololo

(Don't mean to be rude/intense. Alota people always ask me if certain colors/patterns/designs are too girly or boyish, and I'm always saying "its a free country, do what u want". If u get what I'm getting at)

If this is how people view gamers, I don't think I want that label anymore...

Perfectly put.

I remember watching a podcast with 10,000 people where one guy was given gamer food to promote, showed it on cam (more for comic relief than actual serious promotion), everyone went to the site and crashed it. :P

The sweet taste of loneliness in every bag.

Yeah, but that doesn't make it any less stupid.

I don't usually eat when I play games, but when I do, I prefer [s]Dos Aquis[s] Mambas and Baked Lays.

Worse. If only because offering a method to pay money to get an advantage in a multiplayer game is a terrible idea.

I try not to eat while I'm playing because it tends to get my keyboard or mouse dirty.

Why don't companies market healthier alternatives to gamers? Like gamer tea?

They could call it "Teabaggers".

If I'm playing something like Rome: Total War, I'll make a plate with a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, chocolates, fruits and vegetables, with a croissant and some non-kosher dill pickles and a few bottles of Burgundy wine.

If I'm playing the Witcher, I'll get a 12 pack of Guinness Extra Stout and eat some sort of stew with rough-cut (torn) bread.

If I'm playing Super Mario World (because it's better than Mario 64), I'll probably make a pb&j.

Lol...they took a bunch of reasonably healthy snacks and added heart disease to them. :P I think they're trying to kill people.

Tons of sodium + tons of stimulants + sedentary lifestyle + nerd rage = heart attack at 25.

Yeah sure, it's a free country and you're free to play video games all day and all night, while stuffing yourself with gamer cookies and washing them down with energy drinks, whenever you want. That doesn't mean anyone ever needs to and it definitely doesn't make it a good idea.

$39.99+shipping for 3 lousy bags of nuts (which are probably more salty than the dead sea) what a joke. $39.99 I could buy a delicious feast that will last me 2-3 weeks.

They have a deal with health insurance companies here in the U.S.

The more Gamer Food eaters, the more nerds that want coverage. Lol.

Stuff like this makes me hating the gaming community. But luckily people here hate it too, so it evens out.

I dont eat while playing games, I eat normal stuff. And why are they talking about ENERGY, im playing a [censored] game, not running a marathon.

Not the gaming community but marketing in general, trying to seperate products to "cater" with demographics based on hobbies and who knows what else.
