Called Gamestop CS and got told "it svcks to be you" and to call gamesas. Gawd I hate Gamestop.

This is my problem also. Bought from GameStop, was told to install game through Steam, was told to install Classic Code through Steam, got Steam Caravan Pack when I did. Sent in a support ticket to TryMedia.com (GameStop's DD partner) and still haven't heard back.

If i don't get an e-mail by tomorrow i will call them, there was a number in one of there e-mails but i'm starting to think we might be screwed on this one.

I have playstation and my code works, i punched it in and donwloaded successfully but when i get into the game the items are no where to be seen anyone have any ideas? i've tried restarting the game like 8 times and nothing i'm at a loss here.

Great news guy i just got a E-Mail from game stop with the right code for the Classic pack, not sure if they will just send out new codes to all digital sales are not. You can shoot them an E-Mail if you don't.

I am currently having the same problem as most of you with getting the Steam Pre-Order bonus instead of the Gamestop one. Sent Gamestop an email... But my question is Bethesda doing anything for us on this end? I have my receipt and such, showing I pre-ordered and completed my purchase from Gamestop just earlier today. Oh and mine is for the PC (hope that was clear with the Steam reference). Thanks!

Got my correct code tonight as well, so if you still haven't emailed gamestop about it do so and they'll email you the correct code a few hours later.

Only odd thing that happened when i went to get my pre-order bonus was after i put the code in it brought up two classic packs one french version and a US version, but i thought it was suppose to do that so i just downloaded the US version and got the bonuses like i should have.

I redeemed my code and got the french version and the english one. But other than that it worked fine.

Same here. I had sent in a ticket to the DD partner company and they responded that the correct code should now be emailed out by GameStop, sure enough I had the correct code in my Inbox.



As for demanding something from Bethesda over it, once you have your code, there's really nothing to complain about. Frustrating to have waiting not knowing but in the end we (I at least) end up with the Caravan and Classic Packs for the trouble.

I speak only to the PC problems, I'm bummed out for the console folks. My 360 code worked first time no problems and my characters have the Classic Pack on both of my XBox's so no complaints there.
