If Sybille Stentor is a vampire as speculated, then she counts. Babette of the Dark Brotherhood too. Though perhaps good is not the right term... not hostile to the PC, perhaps?

I remember that she looked down on them because of how they lived, but my main guess is that she don't want her secret to be revealed and somehow those vampires pose a threat that way. Was a while since I did that quest though so I don't remember any details.
