Grounds to return?

In fact it's not the DLC's that are flawed. If you manage to finish FO3's DLC's before your save game hits 10 or 12MB then most of the time you're not subjected to fps drops/freezes, which you can imagine is nearly impossible if you want to explore everything in the Fallout world. Most problems I encountered regarding freezing was when my save game got over the 10MB threshold, I believe it's related to the RAM of the PS3 console which can not keep up the data processing but I'm not sure and it doesn't matter anyway. That's why I'll wait a while until you guys advance a bit further in FONV, I'll be interested to read what happens then.

Well my save file just passed the 5MB with 21 hours of playtime

By the way the game just froze for the third time (first time today after playing about 5 hours straight) I just got rapped by a pack deathclaws (spawned at gypsum factor with about 20 around me I was like OH S***) I was doing pretty good but the final 2 backed me into a corner i could get out of...

Yeah on top of that I did a few quests since the last save so I lost A lot of progress

Ok you are != to a company. Regardless of what people think companies are out to make money. While they may have good intentions of creating a fun game the main goal of creating a game is to make money. If this wasn't true then games would be free, or cost less just to cover development cost. Now excluding what is going on right now it is not greedy to maximize profits (it is if the game quality suffers). For example if my company develops a game for 3 consoles instead of 1 and it does well I can give my developers a bonus for doing a good job. How is that greedy? I could even increase the salary of my staff members or hire more.

Greed is an excessive desire to possess wealth or goods.

Key word is excessive. I measure my wealth by my ability to provide for the ones around me and not the amount of friends I have. To each his own.

But I see this as directly game quality is suffering, even after downloading the 19mb game patch its bad hell I don't see a difference, I just experienced going into the tops casino, every time its so choppy I had to shut my system down. I've even tried the reboot that they posted in the Faqs and that helped for a second but no matter how much time I spend in the casino or what I'm looking at it takes me a good 20 min to run from one side of the casino to the other. I am running a PS3 Slim by the way. I'm temped to drop an SSD in my system just to see how well it performs or if it dose at all seeing as SSD just don't work in some hard ware. I have the other two systems the game works on I wish Bethesda would just say "my bad here is a copy for the xbox" although I don't know how well it runs on that system I just prefer the PS3. I just want to play the game and enjoy it, all the "this is awesome" parts make me want to play it over and over, like smoking Benny in the face with the .45-70.

I just miss the days of PS2 and Xbox where there where no patches you either released the game finish or lost your ass. I hate the good enough mentality. I wish i would have just bought fallout on the PC I know Bethesda dose the PC right but I currently don't have a gaming rig.

:::EDIT:::
I'll also add that as far as a business practice point of view I have no problem with them trying to make as much money as possible I'm just saying the priority should be quality. I work for a small Architectural firm in a town of about 90,000 people and we've survived this economy because we take extra care with our clients we will go the extra mile, and don't over charge them for our services, like the larger companies in town who bring there whole team to every meeting, and we have a reputation with the contracts for our willingness to help make things work. Although I am from/in Minnesota and we have a reputation for having one of the best work ethics in the country. We don't just get things done we get them done right. That's why we've had several of our clients for over 20+ projects including subways and other national corporate companies that are usually frustrating/complicated to work with.
