there wouldn't need to be an actual landing, the plane could crash after running out of fuel, maybe the dlc would be the ncr sending the courier on a mission to mexico. I can't think of a what that mission would be as of right now

We know what happened to other countries. I think you mean what the other countries are like now. Only country close enough is Mexico, maybe there could be a reason to go to Baja or some Northern Mexican town, but I don't see a plane being the way to do it.

In Fallout: New Vegas if you read the repair reports of our Spanish ghoul friend Raul, in Black Mountain.
He talks about how a Super Mutant wanted him to fix up a car, Raul says he can't do it.
So the Super Mutant brings him a tank of gas, but Raul says gas isn't the problem.
So this shows that either:
A. Cars in Fallout universe don't run on gas, but some other energy source.
Or
B. That cars DO run on gas, Raul just couldn't fix it because the car is 200 years old and is just... junk.

We really need canon information on transportation in the Fallout universe, so we can be clear.

first of all i read that in fallout 2 there was a car u could use and drive.... i dont know if that is true...
and second of all in another fallout game that was suppose to come out for the X Box u were going to go to china....

The Boomers have a hanger filled with fuel made from corn. Cars in Fallout are old style and new (pre-war new). Ones that used combustable fuels like petroleum and the ones that used microfusion cells. Highwayman in Fallout 2 being an example of microfusion cells. The ones in Tactics could have ran on corn fuel.

the car he wanted fixes was a toy car wasn't it? I read through the terminal and after to the right of the terminal it said (super munats name)s toy car or somthing like that

also in fallout 3 we went to a simulation of Alaska durign Americas war with commie china!
so it gave us some insight into the past!
also I didnt mention time, we could go to mexico or china
also in the Brotherhood bunker in hidden valley! there simulation pods
and in Nellis Air force bas
so you know! they could/should have a purpose in the game

This is true, none of the planes in New Vegas have that kind of fuel cpacity, they would have to stop for fuel, *Maybe* if they had enough fuel and filled the tank they could possibly make it to Canada but that's a long shot.
