When you have a big series like that, I'm sure it's hard to resist not milking it. But hey, it's a good game, and they do mix it up a bit every iteration. It's not as if it's Call of Duty.
Agreed.
It takes several years to develop a Halo game, where as it takes not nearly as long for a CoD game. So far, every iteration of Halo has brought enough improvements to justify purchasing another one. We'll see if that trend continues, or if they end up being pure cash grabs.
I actually do like CoD, but that's because I don't actually have to pay for it. My grandmother just has it in her mind to buy it for me every christmas, because she asks the people at best buy what every gamer is playing nowadays. ( I asked for the Witcher 2 on my birthday, but instead got Black Ops

, I actually like Black Ops, but it doesn't hold a candle to a good RPG)
