I have only seen human orphans, they want to add some more unusual orphans with the DLC it would be nice, but I am not getting my hopes up.

Why is you people so eager to adopt children in Skyrim?

I though those obnoxious, small, immortal NPC were universally despised...

For myself I could live without adoption in skyrim. But a lot of people want it, so why not? For me having all races of children running around playing in the game world would just make it seem more real. And I know its in skyrim but just way to many nords compared to the other races. It gets boring looking at the same race all the time and very little dealings with beast races and elfs other then high elfs.

They're adding the option to adopt. Not new NPC's (as far as I know).

There's at least one: a little girl named Lucia is begging in Whiterun (or somewhere that looks like it). You have the option of adopting her.

And in answer to that other, a lot of us Skyrim players have a soft spot for the kids. Even if some of them are annoying sometimes. I was far from the only person to mention that they wanted the ability to adopt young 'uns.

One of the children confirmed to be adoptable is a new NPC (the little girl, I think her name was Lucia or something like that).

Think of an Khajiit kitten who chases it's own tail.
Only the children in Whiterun is annoying, Most people in Whiterun is annoying then I come to think about it.
Good reason to move to Riften or another city.

there is probably a 0.00001% chance of beast children being included, if they were brought into the game I would most likely weep with sheer joy at being able to have a proper Argonian family :turtle: :turtle: :turtle: :turtle:

I would like it but no. I can't envision Elven and beast kids. Remarriage is big on my list, and maybe a few more Altmer candidates.

At least some Khajiit to marry. How hard would that be? They got the children actors to record new lines, they can't get the Khajiit actors to record marriage dialogue?

I'd like to see non-human children, too. Especially Dunmer and Argonian, which seem to be the commonest non-human pernanent residents of Skyrim. It's not so much because I want to adopt them (none of my characters is Argonian), but just for realism's sake.
