I hope dawnguard is meant for really high-level characters

I hope and pray the Danguard dlc is not one of those high level based crap, but a dlc where any level can go play and have fun. It wouldnt be fare to those who arent high levels.

Don't know where this came from. Bethesda hasn't actually said anything about Dawnguard. Their announcements come on Tuesday.
It's in Gameinformer dude. Everyone on this forum pretty much already knows this.

Speaking of, why does everything in Skyrim charge directly at you besides mages and archers? Why don't any enemies sneak up on you anything like that?
