How to get to MorrowindCyrodil landmasses for those of us on

Post » Thu May 31, 2012 10:26 pm

It's solid, but things like trees and rocks I can just walk through. Red Mountain itself isn't solid and you can just walk through it. Same with White-Gold tower. And yes, you are correct about IC, I didn't realize until I had gotten closer. Still, wonder why they added this to the game.
Interesting, I didn't realise it was solid ground.

But yeah, I imagine it's just all for aesthetic reasons. It's possible to see White Gold Tower from mountains in Skyrim, same applies to Red Mountain. Plus it adds a lot of land for us modders to be able to play with :D

True, but the entirety of Tamriel is in the game. High Rock, Morrowind, Skyrim, Solstiem, Elsweyr, Black Marsh and I believe Hammerfell are all landmasses in the game.

360 or PS3? I did it on the 360. Also, I made sure that the horse was sort of pressed up to the corner of the arch for leverage.

I'm on the 360 as well. Like it was said above, I get stopped around 10 feet away from the archway/gate.

That's really weird. I'll take some pictures and share. I don't want anyone thinking I'm lying about this. :S

how i did it was by running into the invisble barrier as much as possible so it was a bit jaggedy then saved it and loaded and wollah im in morrowind.

btw theres 2 entrences to morrowind one up north on the same path as the farms east of windhelm. theres even a little memorial there to and the other is southeast of riften.
theres a gate to what is obviously pale pass as its the exact same look as oblivions fortress doors. you can find this south east of falkreath in the mountains, directly south of a fort nearby in the mountains.

theres also a path to highrock but my memory is a little sketchy as to where it is. but if you manage to find it and keep following the path it will lead you eventually to what is an entrance to a cave, that is unaccessable.

I've been trying to do this all day, seems I have no luck. The best I can do is get my horse past the barrier, but I'm still stuck. If I try to mount the horse while it's on the other side, I just get pushed back. Oh well.

That is my Dream for The greatest TES game ever is to have everything, even if it was only 25% unique and 75% randomly generated it would be an amazing game, miles of TES to get lost in. Hopefully one day we have enough landmass mods to do this our self .

Can you imagine how long it would take to walk all the way around the outskirts of the main landmass with no fast travel? Would be awesome!

Oh god. Doing this I did something, and I think the term is called [censored] in your pants. Anyways - im a Morrowind fan through and through. I love that game to no end, and having a remastered version on the consoles would be an instant buy for me. And I mean, either as DLC or an entire game. Of course, Id like Skyrim styled combat - I wouldnt put up with the rock em sock em robot fighting M had. This leaves a question that will stay with me for a very, very long time.
