Every time I've gotten this quest it's from a passing guard. Those guys are such gossipy Gus's! :confused:

Your imperial looks a lot like mine except my character doesnt have the war paint around his eyes. Nice touch. Does he have a shaved head too?

do i need to have skyrim for pc?
That link doesn't actually have anything to do with Skyrim. It's for an entirely different game, they just themed their group after Oblivion's DB.

All I can tell you is they started right after his/her sig and everything was in italics (our titles, locations, buttons, etc) and now on this page everything seems to be OK.

No, it was the sig. Otherwise it would have just been the posts and not all the text, like the usernames and such. All it takes is leaving off the closing bracket, and you completely wreak havoc with anyone posting after you.
