How long have YOU played for?

Post » Fri Jun 08, 2012 11:15 am

I increased my wizard's level from 1 to 32 in 15 hours

Looking at your post, I'm wondering why the big rush?

PS: I mean that in a serious way. There are so many quests, dungeons, etc., to keep busy. I can't remember exactly when I made level 32, but I can say it was over 4 weeks, but less than 7 weeks.

300+ hours, level 53 character. Only just boosted a couple of skills to 100, and only partway through the main quest.

I've got somewhere around 160 hours spread across 4 characters. Still haven't completed the main quest or any of the guild questlines because I get distracted really easily and I don't want to just rush through the game and get bored with it.
Have a Nord at level 32, a sorceress at level 19, a thief at level 18 and an assassin at level 12. Just remade my Redguard last night that I got up to level 22 before saving over by accident, he's at level 5 right now.

Close to 350 hours across 3 or 4 characters. I finally had to put Skyrim down to play some other games that i've been meaning to play, but it's hard to quit Skyrim. Very hard.

119 hours 1 level 37 orc finished main quest, dark brotherhood (not in a sneaky way, I walk up to the target and tell them they are going to die then kill them), and helped Stormcloaks win the war (ya i know I am an orc and they want nords to be in skyrim, but my favorite god has always been Talos :P )

Current character is at level 17 in 30 hours. Don't remember what my first one was, it wasn't much, he was pretty much just my usual throwaway starter guy. I'd say total amount of time since I got the game this week, maybe 40 +hours.

Around 200-ish. I stopped playing during christmas so I could still enjoy the game when the CK hits.

A few hundred so far. I am not sure on the total though because I have either deleted old characters to make a new one or simply re-made a few of my characters. I'll bet I have at least in the high 200's though so far.

Jesus, how can you guys play 150 hours+? I've only played about 45 and I'm already burned out. The questlines are so short and have a worse story than Morrowind/oblivion. Don't want to be another Skyrim basher, but come on, The Companions was terrible. Mage and Theives guild were good, still preferred Oblivion's Thieve's and Morrowind Mage's. But Main quest can be beaten in like 6 hours... come on.

Then what's left? Get daedric weapons that are worse than an iron dagger you enchant? Fight the 100th dragon? Every character runs the same speed, every character jumps the same speed, there are less weapons and armor choices, every perk is just "you do more damage" and if it's not it's kinda worthless.
Every. Single. Guild. Is a save the world/be the hero questline. Morrowind guilds were there to be just that, guilds.

Don't see the reason to remove pauldrons, spears, throwing weapons, halberds, speed, acrobatics a direct stat to increase your carrying capacity. Also, don't see why they made all the questlines shorter. Guess they needed memory for the graphics but I'd much rather have more content than better graphics. Besides, all the terrain and cities are exactly the same. Everything looks like Bruma. Nothing comes close to being the hub and icon of the game like the Imperial City was in Oblivion. Music is worse than all elder scrolls games, game saves for you every 5 seconds and you fight the same monsters over and over. No slaughterfish, no Umbra, no fun.

Roughly about 300 hours... I don't play it as often these days though. Maybe when the CK comes out I'll start playing it more.
