Impatiently waiting

Mild/Harsh language doesnt get you far, cept maybe a warning/ban if it breaks forum rule. I get that your game doesnt work but cursing up a storm and calling people/Beth names doesnt help your point. It will get fixed regardless how 'fast' you want it. This isnt Burger King, you dont always get things 'your' way, grammy winner or not
I don't care if I get banned. And who are u anyway to tell me how to conduct my self. Hall monitor step off. I have a legitimate gripe and all this bathesda pandering just fuels the fire for them to continually hand out shoddy product. I can debate all day. But there's no point cause counter arguments are irelavent. They broke the game.

Point being their best is not good enough. What happened to quality control. Pride in ones work. I'd expect this kind of shoddy work from a government agency not a software company.

Yeah cause I have anything to do with the Grammy awards other than turning out outstanding award winning product. I actually personally choose all of the nominations myself and then pre judge the whole thing.

Oh my frigin lord! Let me get a shovel so I can dig myself out of the bullship being thrown in here. THEY BROKE THE GAME! Y do u care if I complain about them breaking somthing I purchased. The company loyalty in here is boarding on the insane and finatic.

They broke their word. Violated the consumer trust. Unexeptable buissness practice. Stop defending it.

A. I don't work that much every week but I do very often.
B. when I can. I payed money to and in the little time I do have for frivolous decompression I like to play games. I spent money to play this game they broke it. It's a bummer.
C. Who the [censored] cares. My playtime has no bearing on the companies inability to produce a properly working product.

People view the Grammy Awards w/ contempt because the (popular) music that "wins" tends to be schlocky, middle-of-the-road, cliche-riddled junk. Pristinely produced, sure. But not exactly art. (Usually.)

Anyhow not once have I defended Bethesda. I'm waiting to peel the plastic off my copy until January.

Well after reading the just updated "what we're working on" blog post regarding the PS3 issue of large save game lag, the 1.3 patch is still in final testing...so has yet to go for certification, so the patch wont go live till end of this week at least.

My copy is gathering dust on the shelf, and in the UK, retailers Game and Gamestation (owned by same parent company) have started to sell Skyrim, brand new, for £22.49...half price already...a reaction to the bad press for the game or just trying to shift units by Xmas, either way....game and Bethesday not looking too good now

Bed, Bathesda and Beyond are churning out a patch this very moment. In the mean time there's Dragon Age. I saw a video that shows two elf men kissing. That alone is worth the cost to rent it.

You're right. I bought it happily, read about its problems (here), & decided to wait to open/install/play it. No harm done, & I'm not frustrated @ all. In my mind, it's as if Bethesda pushed the official release date back to, say, 02.02.12 or something. Once it's successfully patched (which is why I keep checking these forums: to learn about these things), I'll start playing it, rage-free.

Ill be sure to say something like that next time you comp out with a terrible CD, cause that will happen eventually

Personal opinion of content is not the issue its the playability in question. Way to miss the mark. A defective music cd gets replaced by a working one. Not even a comparable argument. Thanks for beating a dead issue. And thanks for missing the point entirely. Your a monument to the excellence of our species.

I bought mine happlily too, save a few issues on my wifes game shes fairly happy too. My game so far has been dodging bullets matrix style that are bugs that people keep talking about. Though I found out my game has no element resist, doesnt change my character at all since I dont build my character against elemental shielding.

Terrible CD =/= Broken CD talking about all these artists that somehow have/still have music contracts that shouldnt have one. Its not just pop music but all genres. Artists come out with terrible CDs all the time, I dont go complaining to their record label demanding better music or a refund, we all know how well that goes.

Paper routes? Nah try Grammy award winning albums.

You must not make much money off those grammy award winning albums if you're making such a fuss over $60.

The retarted cd u speak of still plays. My game does not. It does not work. I can not play. Your argument is baseless. I'm glad your having a great time with your copy. In fact I'm jealouse cause my copy was broken by the software developer not even the manufacturing process. The core component of the work was corrupted. Causeing said product to malfunction and not operate. Your Robbie Williams cd still plays bro. Step back. Breath and then go away.

Then replace with a new cd? retailers do that you know, if the core component is broken why isnt it broken for quite few other people, surely you didnt get some special code that others didnt get.

Your right. I don't make much off of them. Mainly because the masses feel entitled to steal said product devaluing my job and life's effort.
I'm an audio engineer not a rapper or producer or singer or whatever Somone will retort with.
Having said this I still do my job and I do it well. And I don't give a clients a broken product.

Next lame attempt to insult me please?

People dont buy music cause they pirate it, people dont buy it because its over priced and not worth its value. The whole piracy argument is just a red herring as most that do pirate arent even located in the US and most of why you dont make as much money is because its really never worth the value you want to sell it for.

The disc itself is not malfunctioning it's the code combined with the released downloadable patch that has rendered the game impitent. I could trade it for 1000 of the same disc and it still won't fix the problem. The attempt to fix the bad code is what caused this catastrophie in the first place. Drunk last night, u must be drunk right now cause your argument is moot.

Link me your 'facts' that prove piracy is hurting your bottom line. Im pretty sure you cant

If the patch broke the game it should have broke the game for all. Something more than the code and the patch is causing it to happen. Also its Knight not Night as its a play on words, I cant drink Im allergic.
