Impatiently waiting

Post » Fri May 18, 2012 11:25 am

Can't play too many glitches to count. Cman let's get this dealt with. And before anyone says just wait its comin out this week. Get bent you self righteous spell checking naysaying sheep. I payed the price of admission, I want to take the ride. Breakdancing dragons were cute for about 15 seconds. At least let us know when this incrimental bullship update is coming out so I don't have to keep dealing with all the people telling me to just wait, it's a big game blah blah whatever. Step your game up, pun intended. If u can't make it work you shouldn't have sold it. This is a case of a company making their problem my problem by releasing unfinished work. I'm an audio engineer and I would loose my job if I was doing sound for one of these games and said don't worry I'll just fix the dialog in a patch. Why is this such a hard idea for the game fanatics on this forum to understand. It is not ok for anyone, anywhere to sell a consumer unfinished inoperable goods, especially in this economy. Ish ain't cheap. The world expects me to work ungodly round the clock hours to get their top 40 crap music so I expect the same dedication and hard work from any other profession. I work 110 hour weeks without blinking so I have no sympathy for these people who need to work round the clock to fix there ufked up unfinished ish. Now said my part. Flame on jerks. Troll away.....

No not really I have so few free hours to game these days that this has become a real bummer. I love the fallout series and honestly aside from some frame skipping never really had problems. This game is a whole different ball of wax. Unexeptable buissness practice. I call shenanagins.

Can't take it back restocking period has expired. All I can hope to get would be an even exchange which would be useless considering that all the game discs are bogus not just mine.

Paper routes? Nah try Grammy award winning albums. I know what hard work is. And I work in an industry that's bootlegged more than games. I have no sympathy for these people. Fix this ish and communicate with your customers. The biggest issue is that before the patch the game worked. They literally broke it due to lack of attention to detail. I could not survive in my industry with such shoddy standards. And the atitude on this forum that it's ok for this to happen is just insane and part of the problem. I work hard for my money and this is not right.

My disc looks legitimate to me, looks like a disc, spins like a disc, and plays like one too. Makes an excellent coaster.

Kidding aside sorry your having issues but I think waiting for a proper patch is better than trying to rush them that can possibly break the game more for you. Patience is a virtue and i think with all the complaining about 1.2 (which I still have no issues with) people would be ok with waiting fora fix instead of getting a sloppy band aid fix.

Well that's my point. We already got a sloppy band aid patch that broke the game. My game is not playable. Glitches freezes breakdancing dragons and I could only assume at this point all the other problems that I havnt got to due to the game not working.

Glad yours is ok..... But y are u here then. Thanx for being here? Cman bro your not mad cause your one of the few or maybe many to not have problems. This is the forum for problems. Kick rocks.

The last patch was rushed. Look what happened then. It broke more than fixed.

I would rather wait longer for a patch that actually fixes stuff instead of breaking them.

Over a dragon mound near kinsington I think it's called. I'm on the south east part of the map looking for the synod. Just hovers in the sky and when u get near it starts poplocking and moonwalking away from u. Then the frame rate goes nutz and starts skipping and then lights out it locks up.

I bought a CD the other day, and I didn't like a few of the tracks on it. I've been waiting and waiting for it to be fixed. I'm about to start demanding a refund. How dare they release a CD that in my mind, was not properly tested. There is no way they could have tested it with those tracks on it I didn't like. Didn't they get any listener feedback. I'm never going to be another CD from that record label again.

This forum isnt just a pulpit for people that have 1.2 issues, my wife has been having quest issues, luckily i havent run into many (I couldnt tick the Get help from Joilef on Blood on the Ice quest but still was able to complete it anyways), I do have the issue where the 'Strange Amulet' didnt change and is just sitting in my inventory (weighs nothing at least). Nothing game breaking yet for me, wife is stalled in Civil War/Main Quest

I would rather they not rush a game to release before its done. Never had a problem playing ocorina of time and that was a "ground breaking" system taxing game for its generation. They just made sure it worked. Oh and there was no patches cause it had to work the first time.

Guess you never did or knew about the Infinite Gold Skulltala trick, that was a bit game breaking if I remember right

That pretty accurate. Most CDs have tracks that people dont like, its why I rarely buy an Artist CD (very few artists that I actually like the full CD). Usually go after compilation discs that have various artists on it, more of a chance the cd will be more to my liking for tracks that are on it. Case in point I bought Recovery by Eminem. I love most of his music. Im not a fan of this one. I like maybe 3 tracks. So I spent pretty much $14 for 3 tracks I really listen to

What in gods name! They released a patch that broke the game. Non functional now. Your stupid cd plays fine. Huge difference. Not even in the same universe of arguments. This should be the we'll do whatever we have to do to argue against your point forum. -slams head into wall- what is wrong with all of u?

Utterly irrelevant comparison.

Now, if you bought the cd and half the tracks skipped even though the cd was physically pristine... then you would have a comparable situation.

OP is not ranting because he didn't like a quest storyline or the plot of the game (the tracks on the album), he's ranting because the game itself is [censored] up (the album skips constantly).

Can you comprehend the difference?

His point is valid... yours is utter nonsense.

Nice job breaking down the anology, Ulric. Very helpful.

But i.m.o., the OP's point, valid or not, is offensively made. I started reading w/ sympathetic interest only to find myself as insulted as Bethesda. I'm called a sheep, a jerk, and a troll before I even finish the post. What's that all about.

If your offended you just lumped yourself into the catogory of sheep. I didn't call u out personally and as far as bathesda being offended I could give two ishts what offends them. Fix my damn game. This is not a cookies and cream happy world. To get heard u have to bar k. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. This is a public technical complaint forum. I'm complaining, don't want to read my complaints? Kick rocks no one forced u. I'm not sorry.

Mild/Harsh language doesnt get you far, cept maybe a warning/ban if it breaks forum rule. I get that your game doesnt work but cursing up a storm and calling people/Beth names doesnt help your point. It will get fixed regardless how 'fast' you want it. This isnt Burger King, you dont always get things 'your' way, grammy winner or not
