So ALL vampires got an overhaul! Not just the ones from Dawnguard!

So, will they finally make the vampires in Skyrim the Cyrodiilic vampires?

That's great news I am hoping that the new dungeons are very dangerous the ones with the vampires that is.

I hope they make them the Cyrodiilic vampires now that the Volkihar vampires are now a bigger part in the world the way it should have always been.

That doesn't count, it's not a proper dragon that gives you a soul. There aren't any proper normal dragons that you encounter before dragon rising, apart from Alduin.

The DLC will likely require dragon rising to be completed.

I was about to suggest Vulthuryol,but he has to be summoned with unrelenting force, so he only TECHNICALLY doesn't require Dragon Rising to be complete, I think you'd have to bug the game or cheat to summon him without it. Same as you could technically probably find a way to the throat of the world.

I hope not, but if so, it doesn't matter too much, Dragon rising is an easy quest and despite what people say I've noticed that random dragons are very rare until subsequent main quests are done.
