Are all vampires going to be vampire lords or are Cyrodilic vampires still different? Maybe the currently labeled volikhar are changed to vampire lords to differentiate from the Cyrodillic strain.

Overhaul to all vampires is great because it makes this into a development of a whole part of the game, not just a new story. It fully develops an aspect of the game that was lacking before. That sounds awesome.
