Just starting and places to hide my stuffloot : V - Skyrim

Hi

I've just started a orc warrior (my 3rd toon) and i'ev experienced a problem..

As i havent got the house in whiterun yet, where can i store my stuff....f.ex the ore i mine, armours, weapons,

Im almost ALWAYS maxed out of what i can hold.

and i got nowhere to place it and i dont wanna sell it either......

Any ideas?

Edit: Joined the companions and stored something in the chest inside... but is that safe??

If you're on pc, there are a lot of very nice house mods out there.

I keep my stuff in the two barrels by Warmaidens until I get Breezehome. It's technically not safe, but the reset does not happen unless you are away more than 2 weeks. The way I play, I'm really never away more than 2-3 days.
