kill everyone playthough?

I killed off the Great Khans at Bitter Springs by accident but found the note they had from Benny on them, so that helped advance the plot. I think the main plot is fine, and sometimes, if you kill somebody before you're supposed to (such as, for example, I think Sharon Rose of Cassidy's quests) I think the game takes that into account?

I'm thinking of doing a kill-all playthrough, and to just be hated by everybody.

No, I get how that can work on a lot of quests. Hell you can skip the whole beginning Main Quests and just high tail it to NV and pick it up there. What I mean is more end game stuff. I don't want to head into spoiler territory. I'm just having a hard time understanding how you would get the last couple quests if you killed everybody. I wonder if Obsidian took the whole killing everybody run into account?
