Level Scaling (Krev the Skinner - SPOILERS)

Seriously, swallow your pride and lower the difficulty. IF you cannot beat him at Novice, then stop playing Skyrim. Are you really blaming Bethesda for making though bosses?
They made they game, so yes they are responsible for the design of enemies.
Take your arrogance elsewhere little man, dike waving doesn't impress me.
Lowering the difficulty to novice was the only way to beat him, which is stupid. Lowering it to apprentice produced no difference at all. So there is clearly something amiss.

Seriously though you getting mad at Bethesda for making the game enjoyable. Whats the point of making it so you can just destroy thing in 1-3 hits. They made the game challenging in some spots so you would have to have stategy and actually enjoy the game. smh

Sorry for dragging this topic back up again, but I'm doing this quest now. Just like the OP, I'm at the door to the final room with Aela and I'm on my 7th attempt now. I just cannot kill Krev, in fact I've barely got him/her down to 75% health, whereas I die in about 2 hits. I've tried buffing up with potions, poisoning my weapons, hotkeyed all healing items, used all possible shouts and have even turned into a werewolf at various stages.

I've tried hacking my way through, running around the room in circles, and luring them down the corridor. Its no use, the others are ok, but Krev hammers 25% health off through blocks (though I'm only blocking with a Dwarven Greatsword), and over 50% off in a full hit. I'm one more attempt away from just walking straight back out the way I came and doing something else, because I'm making no progress at all.

I'm almost level 14, should it be this hard?
