If your on the PC just use a console command to make just about anybody eligible for marriage.

Though there will prolly be missing dialog...

The scarey lady in the Hag's Cure.

She tells you upon leaving, "Let me know if you need a cure.....or anything else."

Maybe you can be that someone that gives her that "anything else." But I really don't want to know what that "anything else" is, since I am already scared by not only her but the way she says its.

You know that NPC's in this game don't die of old age, right? So if you are just doing it for the inheritance, you are going to have to step up and arrange a little "accident". Maybe she falls in the shower or something?

Can you marry elderly gents in Skyrim? Might be better to keep your mind open.

You can invite another elderly man around for a ... Lemon Party.
