Keep in mind that elven sometimes are way elder than what they look. Considering this, I suppose the vendor of the clothing shop in solitude is the elder woman you can marry.

I'm just trying to get over the fact that none of those hot guys in the Thieves' Guild is available. Especially since you can marry all the Companions and lots of mages, that is just wrong.
