also it cant be desmond because he headed north
secondly it cant be liberty prime because it was destoyed
it will most likely be someone from BoS or Outcasts, that iss if there will be anyone at all

I thought it was Elder Mcnamara in the BoS hidden valley bunker. In Fallout 3 in the citadel there was a young boy named mcnamara and NV is supposed to be like what 20 or 30 years after F3 right? could be the same dude

New Vegas is about four years after FO3, and the boy at the citadel is named Maxson (sp). He is the last decendent of the creator/founder of the BoS.
