Anyone know a working journal mod? I've been looking for one for ages for multiple reasons.

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15294 does not seem to work properly, everyone is reporting a pluggy error even if pluggy is installed correctly.

I have 4 tabs open right now trying to find out Why my journal (same as you Linked)is not working....Think the last update to Pluggy nerfed the Journal...watching to see if there is an alternative...

Not exactly what you're looking for, but maybe you or someone else can modify the textures?
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27317

A quick edit through blender to adjust it to my char could help, but it is great for the use I need. I was originally going to change it to match the LPotD wrath armor.
Shame to many people like the human head :D
Edit: For spelling

Works fine for me, using Pluggy v132. You guys might want to try reporting it in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/985872-relz-kyomas-mod-collection-thread-1/ thread. An alternative to kyoma's would be http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37909, never tried it though.

I hope it's ok if I repeat a request I made at the end of the last thread...

Also, thanks for the suggestion on Beautiful Women and Handsome Gents. Unfortunately, I can't use it since I don't have SI (it's surprisingly hard to find copies of SI & GOTY Oblivion these days...i've been looking lately), but it looks like the mod it was based on, Beautiful Women, doesn't require SI, so I'll be sure to try that one out.

Try Gamestop or Amazon.

I'm looking for a mod that allows you to recognize elements from other mods. One of my friends had it and he gave it to me, but he's doesn't have the same computer any more and the only copy I had vanished when my laptop crashed. I think that you could cast a spell and it would be up the console or something like that.

PS: In before Ilius ;) He has made this recommendation like 5 time sin the last 5 days :D IIRC, I recommended Tekuromoto's excellent mod to him a few months ago, but I may be mistaken. :)

LoL No you are not mistaken, it is a great mod indeed. I have been using it since then and it is there to stay. :D

It was actually made to match LPotD armor. Check the textures.

I've disabled autosave and quicksave from the game due to recommendations from various sources, but I've found that I'm very bad about consciously saving on my own all the time. Is there anything that saves the game for me without having the downside of autosaving and quicksaving?

There is this one:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10400

and this one from Kuertee:

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22136

Maybe these will do what you want.

Will the adjusted timescale screw up fcom combat or other time related scripts from various mods. Or the respawn rates from ooo or can I configur it so that it won't effect them

Had to get a timescale mod because of my Realism mod. Simple essentials, covers Eat,Drink,Sleep. But at the Default of 30 was way to Fast! I use "Automatic Timescale" by TNO. Everything is set in the INI . The Mod has Provisions for when the Game Needs the Timescale to be the default(30) for certain Quests &or mods and adjusts for it. Been using it for over a year with FCOM+++(228 mods) and no problems to report!

In a sense it would affect the respawn by taking a lot longer real time to pass the same amount of Game time.

Haha, I like I how I ever linked to the mod earlier on this page but didn't even realize it had this functionality. Thanks, Illius!

Hi again. This time I'm looking for a house. There are a billion of them out there, so I thought someone here might be able to point me to one that would match my desires:

-No spellmaking or enchanting altars and no gamebreaking items.
-Relatively small and simple.
-Fast travel to its doorstep with no loading screen to go inside (interior is exterior).
-A safe chest or two for storage.

That's it. Should be easy, right? ;)

Jeffrey try the website Oblivion Real Estate and go to the open homes section. That should give you a lot of choices that have been well reviewed although it seems that most of the homes that are made make use of having an interior space. If your not worried about that look in the farmhouse or small home sections I found my current cozy farmstead on there

I've been trying to find something to make the sky textures a bit more other-worldly, since I like the idea of Cyrodiil being on Nirn instead of Earth. I enjoyed http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=452 when playing Morrowind, but so far the only sky texture replacers I've found tend to just affect the night. Is there anything like this already available?

I installed FormID finder, thanks for the suggestion. Earlier this evening I actually found the mod I originally had, by accident too. RefScope,

I'm looking for a magic texture that's compatible with LAME, In the screenshots thread I see some beautiful fire textures so I wonder what that's apart of.

When I was hunting for armor and clothing mods on TESNexus I noticed a screenshot of an elf that had a cascading hair style, hung over one shoulder. It was curly. I have been looking through all of the major hair mods but to no avail. Haven't been able to find one that has this particular style, and I was unable to find the actual screenshot.
It looked a lot like this: http://media.onsugar.com/files/2011/03/09/0/1471/14710008/36/fairy-tale-wedding-hairdos-2.jpg

Does anyone have this particular hair style?

If http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/1760/obhair.jpg is the hair you're after, it's by Sulpyun. Or possibly converted from a Sims 2 resource by Sulpyun. In a brief look I did not find it on its own anywhere. I think it's part of the Moonshadow Elves race (it's on the Nexus, but I can't link it because I think it's got advlt content), and has been used as a resource in other cosmetic/race mods since. (Like In my example pic, where it's part of the Kawa-Khajiit race.) There are some other similar hairstyles in the screenshots for Moonshadow Elves, if that's close but not it.

It might also be included in http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24171. That was the only promising thing I found searching the Nexus and PES for Sulpyun.

Are there any mods that add hairstyles with highlights or similar coloring options?

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BRJLGH8U - if it's SKS Ren Hair Collection? Some really nice hairs - plus some updo's as well, which Ive been looking for. :)

How does one install these hairs without an esp? Say, I have RBP. Can I install these meshes/textures in the say, Data>Meshes/Textures>Soya folder (that RBP adds). Will this be then picked up by the bashed patch when it gets built? I want to see some of these hairs on NPCs in game...
