Sload-werewolf-Bosmers, here we come
 That would give me nightmares.

It would be fun to see some different types of Khajiit, though.
It would, but that's never going to happen. If by some miracle it does I can imagine it to be extremely disappointing. I dread the thought of seeing an Ohmes and have them be just another anime-esque catgirl.

The Thalmor have refused to fund this.
:lmao: Why on earth do you amuse me so much?

No. Banish the thought from your mind.

I think the violet eyes of a certain important NPC were the sole concession at those asking more differentiation when interbreeding of races happen.

This is a popular subject since, at least, the times of Morrowind. Unfortunately this also shosw the great extent to which D&D influenced the mindset of people. Every fantasy game with elves is expected to borrow lore and content from the Forgotten Realms setting.

This.
Not to mention that it would be stupid and unnecessary.

This is not D&D...this is elder scrolls.

if you mix a nord with a redguard you'd get Chris Brown.

You know something is really hopeless when the Thalmor refuse to fund it.

i see nothing wrong in this.
there is already a race that is a mix of MAN and MER, making a race that is a mix of MAN and BEAST would do no harm. actually it is more BS if there is only one hybrid. Besides the breton dont look special, they look like normal humans. But a mix of man and beast would look very interesting so thats why i am curious

There could be a necromancer-type, evil, character who created zombied like this.. But other than that, I can't see it happening in a way that wouldn't nuke the lore.

I remember there being a hybrid under the Arena in the Imperial City in TESIV Oblivion. He was half-Orsimer and half-Imperial, If I recall correctly.

His mother was an orc, so he was an orc. His father was a vampire, that's why he was a little pale. Not a hybrid :)

*remembers something*

Hey, we don't need a dlc for that. Check http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1313103-show-off-your-mixed-race-characters/page__hl__mixing%20races out.

His mother was an orc, so he was an orc. His father was a vampire, that's why he was a little pale. Not a hybrid

His father was actually an Imperial who turned into a Vampire.

This makes him an Imperial-Orc Mix.

And it has been confirmed in Notes on Racial Phlogeny that Mer and Men can bear fertile offspring.

After much anolysis of living specimens, the Council long ago determined that all ''races'' of elves and humans may mate with each other and bear fertile offspring. Generally the offspring bear the racial traits of the mother, though some traces of the father's race may also be present.

Considering how this comes from the Imperial University, I'd believe it.

This suggestion just made me think of Splice, and that's an incredably scary movie (imo) :o
But... could be interesting to see what would become of a mix between to completely different races :) As long as they don't become monsters ^^
