Skyrim really fails in the scary department, dungeon sounds svck without mods and they need to be darker as well.

Wish Lich's had made a return in Skyrim, they were pretty scary in Oblivion, especially if you snuck up on them and listened to them dragging their legs and rasping.

Actually... Hagravens would make great housewives. Nord neighbours been bothering you lately with their drunken stupors? Send over the wife with some home-made pie as a peace-offering. They'll be either traumatized for life or dead. Small-minded, gossiping town folk getting in the way all the time? Bring the wife with you during grocery shopping. Getting invited to a Thalmor party and having to endure pesky idiots babbling about diplomacy and politics? Go with your sweet, half-avian wife.

Zombies in Oblivion, however. They seemed human too, but they were a few steps removed in the other damned direction, and that
hits the nail on the head. They LOOKED human, but unlike the Draugr, their actions were completely alien. Their movements, sounds, behaviour, appearance, that all fitted nicely.

Yeah, Oblivion's zombies were really gory, and the way they moved was nicel done too. Draugr look like mummified humans, but don't differ much from NPCs behaviour-wise

Yeah. I loved the zombies in Oblivion. They were downright disgusting.

Saber cats at level one.

This. And Skeevers tend to make me jump just for the fact that when they sneak up on you you don't know what's going on and start panicking alittle. Also, not afraid of them but Bears. Their roar infuriates me to no end.

Dragur, when I don't know that one is then it makes that coughing up phlegm sound. That scares the S&@*T out of me.

Skeevers in basemant of Whiterun Meadary just before Maven takes over. I don't know if this happens now, but around patch 1.4 they jumped on to me with unbelievable speed. It was as fast as the speed of RPG-7 in battlefield 3. That was scary...

Back in November the very first thing I did was try to fight a giant. Shortly thereafter my character was getting very acquainted with Skyrim's moons. Giants will forever be on my "do not sprint at while waving sword" list.

Dragons with deadly dragon (hardcoe) mod. Playing as DID dont have room for mistake and those bastards take ages to kill and they do insane damage even when i use resist potions.
Also anything that might oneshot me in dungeons.

Definitely ice wraiths, seeing that I always panic when I just can't seem to hit the bastards.

As a mage? Ice wraths, for sure. Everything else is simply a matter of stun locking. These things? "Please hit please hit please DANGIT, aaaaah, out of magicka, ruuuun!"

Random mages scare the [censored] out of me ever since this one time I took down a dragon and 4 high level bandits and out of nowhere I see a shadow move and then get blasted 50 feet UP a mountain by a bolt of lightning

TES was never scary after Daggerfall.

But daggerfall makes me **** myself every 5 minutes.

EDIT: Although I will admit, Hackdirt still gives me nightmares.
