Just come to my house, I can make you wash and clean a lot of things, also you can find a job and work, or just take time to pay a visit to your grandmother, grandfather.
Read a book,
Play music,
Have a beer with friends,
Do a photoshop, flash, illustrator, 3d tutorial, to be able to create a mod for Skyrim.
Travel a bit.
Meditate.
Paint
Prepare gift ideas for christmas.
Try to improve insultation of your house. Winter is coming.

Do some Skyrim fan arts.

Get everything done you're not going to want to do after 11.11.11. Xmas shopping, fix things, etc. There are things I don't want to think about after 11.11.11. I know I'll have to but the less the better. Other than that, I'm playing Honest Hearts/FNV since I never did before.

I have a job, 16 credit hour, I'm learning Spanish, and I have a MMA team and basketball team to keep up with. With all of this this last stretch is still driving me insane thinking about the game haha. I've already planned in advance to put all of this aside and play Skyrim for the entire weekend. I'm so glad it's coming out on Thursday night instead of Monday and making me wait all week with it sitting in my room.

IMO, BF3 is so good I am not sure I will be able to put it down completely when Skyrim is out.
