guys i now have another problem, if i equip any of my weapons they dont show up and i cant move when they are equipted, i can only move when i have my fists out

Basically just keep a stock of water and food. Get your survival to at least 25 and you can make Gecko stakes. Near good springs you can get 20+ stakes, that will sort you out for a long while. Look at food and see how much -FOD or H2O do. Look at campfires to see what ingredients you need to make food, but just stick with the Gecko. Also any caps you get, just buy water from merchants. You will be spending all caps on water but the more quests you do, you'll have more ￡￡ than you know.

Try turning of you console and restarting it. That may help.

this game is really starting to annoy me now

I'm wondering if you maybe have some kind of massive glitch going on here, maybe let the console cool for awhile and clean your disk off, see what happens then.

Here is what you do........... From this moment on turn off auto save ( helps with many bugs ) Save every 300 yards, and in or out of every door. Have at least 4 save slots for every character.
