But I have to say that a guy with a mace in each hand is probably the dumbest looking fighter in Skyrim.

Okay....I've actually been getting them with the axe on the 360 now.
Instead of sneaking and then attacking with a "normal" attack like with daggers, I've found that if sneaking, and then holding the trigger for a "power" or "strong" attack, I get the throat slit animation with an axe.

I'm happy again.
