New Dawnguard Info : V - Skyrim

I hear that some of the vampires can hover? If you can become one of those I wonder if you can hover off a cliff and keep hovering and kinda fly or do you fall. Sorry I'm a forum noob.

No info on that yet, it would be nice if it worked the same way as Levitate in MW.

I am so excited but so angry about all this amazing stuff at the same time.
Excited for all those incredibly new features -- too many to post my reactions on but there was a lot of super-excited "holy ****"s.
Angry because I'm among the number who can't get the dlc or any of the patches because of a lack of internet on my console.

I'm one of those. But i'm going over to my buddies house to download the DLC.

What i'm worried about, is that i'm not seeing any perks for Werewolves that increase their Armor Rating, just the perks that increase their Health/Stam by 100 and the other perk that doubles Health regained from feeding (50 health per feed to 100). Hopefully they fix the bug where Werewolves have 0 Base Armor Rating.
