At about the same time as Van Buren's unnanounced development, Chris Avalone published documents going into the fallout background. These were called the "Fallout Bibles", and are the source for Vault 69

and there is no way that 68 is near nv vault 87 is completly on the other side of the contry and vault 13 is around that general area and numbers go up as you go east so yeah you do the math people its fake
