Put a hungry rat on a bare stomach and cover it with a metal bucket.

Or...

Just write them an angry letter telling how angry you are.

Better yet, just write a strongly worded letter asking them to not attack.

"Dear ,

We know you're mad at us for some reason and we just wanted to say we're sorry. How are you doing? Do you want to play hide and seek sometime? Maybe we can go out for some green tea sometime. Anyways, can you please stop attacking us? We just want to get along.

If there's anything you want from us, just let us know and we'll just give it to you.

Take care!

Love,

America"

Legion is evil.
I say we use terrorist detainees as transplant resources. All those perfectly good livers, and kidneys, not to mention the blood, marrow, and advlt stem cells.

An interesting concept that's probably already been used.

I'm not so sure about whether the Legion really has the "right" reasons for what they do.
They want to rebuild the human society, sure.
And they think that in order to do this, something new has to be created.

But - that's as far as I may agree with them.
The kind of society they want to build is already kinda messed up - its fascist (kind of fitting considering the origin of the word http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fasces and militaristic.
Also they do NOT really create something new, they only take their example from further back in human history than e.g. the NCR.

Ultimately also the NCR does a lot of wrong or morally objectionable things(Bitter Springs, the quests given by Col. Moore), but their society to me seems certainly better in terms of justice and personal freedom.
Also I guess that the NCR core region is quite save and ordered (for all the order/safety devotees here).

I still stand by Mr. House as the right path to Pre-War glory.

That said, I don't think Caesars Legion are the brightest of groups. I mean, there's plenty of pre-war technology and systems fully functioning, Ghouls like Raul who are Pre-War and likely know how to fix it, and Caesar has the logic of 'Nope, need to start from scratch.' A noble cause in itself, but over all, it's a pretty dumb move when there are easier ways to rebuild in my opinion.

Mr. House is the only real good guy choice in this game. NCR is corrupt badly corrupt and Legion wants more power and treats women terribly plus Slavery too.

Ncr isn't badly corrupt. Corruption exists everywhere. As a whole, they have the right idea, but unfortunately you will have your handful of spies, sociopaths, etc. Yes, they impose taxes and their way of life, but ultimately its not a bad deal for some of the lawless and struggling towns. And to think that their republic can rise in power and influence without doing some back door shady things is silly.

Yes, they impose taxes...

Of course they do. Streets, police, waste removal, firefighters, schools, etc. have to be payed somehow.
The society usually does benefit from the taxes they pay one way or the other.
