That was Jim Caldwell, Dungy had already resigned.

Whoops! Thanks.

But...but... it's all the Dolphins have. :(

At least they aren't scarred as badly as the Bills are :P

Packers
Cowgirls
Ravens

If I had to go against the point spread my only change would be the 49ers +3 against the Ravens.

Come on Stafford you had Megatron wide open. Gifts like that are rare indeed.

I really hope the Giants manage to knock off the Pack. Hopefully their habit of killing perfection shows up on Dec.4, 2011.

Yep, he is still pretty young though, he has only played 23 games before today and this was the biggest one by far.

Detroit's biggest problem is figuring out how to control Suh and his idiotic temper/impulse control. That kick/stomp will cost him a huge chunk of money and likely at least a game, especially considering he has already had a meeting with the commissioner about his stupid rough play in the past.

Yeah I don't know what his problem is, I used to like him but I hope he gets hurt now.

Alex Smith is gonna be sore tomorrow.

Good game, Ravens. Your D line stepped up and definitely played to their ability. Hope to see you in the Super Bowl.

I can't be too upset that the Niners second lost came to the Ravens. My family are all Ravens fans, myself included, so I like to see them succeed.

Ravens D is NASTY.

I was 2 for 3 today, still can't believe the cowgirls beat the Dolphins.

Suh could be gone for the rest of the regular season. Haynesworth was suspended for 5 games for stomping like that, although his was much, much more viscous. At the same time, Haynesworth was clean then. Suh isn't.

Disappointed with the Niner's loss today but they played good football. 9-2 is not a bad record and there are still plenty of games left in the season.

In the recent years of Alex Smith playing I can't say I've ever seen him take so many hits. The offensive line usually does an excellent job of protecting him but tonight just was not a good night for them or Smith.

Usually I stick up for Suh but that was inexcusable and lying about it doesn't help either. Be man enough and admit you lost your temper.

The Lions threw the game away with stupid penalties. Total lack of discipline. Stafford should have been yanked after the second interception. A broken finger on your throwing hand is a liability. Swartz needs to get his head out of his ass and start making the big decisions. Another game they threw away that they should have won. They were dominating stat wise in the first half.

As I said a few posts above Stafford is still very young, as far as games played goes. Today was his 24th game in the NFL, that is only 1.5 seasons. The Lions aren't going to win the Super Bowl this year regardless of what happened today; developing Stafford and getting him experience is the most important thing the Lions can do this year. He would not have learned anything from being benched today, but he should have learned a lot from what he went through, now hopefully he can and will use that to become better next time.

I'm a Stafford fan, I used to watch him when he played for Georgia and I was glad that Detroit finally got a quarterback who is good.

But that broken finger does effect his game play. I had a broken finger myself and I can say that any sudden movements from that hand will effect your broken finger as in you will feel something. It may not be outright excruciating pain but its pain none of the less.

He does need to get the reps, the experience but not at the sacrifice of the game. Have him be in there for a while and then switch over to Shaun Hill.

Well if the Giants can bring an offense near to that of the Packers with a defense that can quell the Pack's offense like the Lions had (either it was that or just the Packers got off to a slow start) then the Giants will win. But their defense has to be on the top of their game or their offense has to be doing what Rodgers has.
