It's because you hate Nightingale...

I do? I don't.... it's not my favorite, but if the TG GM wasn't around, it would be my choice. *shrug* I never understand why people post stuff like that though....

Considering how whenever you post you tend to hate on something, I agree with the others.

Well, I guess if you're counting the number of times I say I hate the armor.... *shrug*. I do hate the armor in this game, it all svcks - except the nice dark unobtrusive TG GM stuff. And the Nightingale isn't bad, but the TG GM is better.

Since this is all a personal opinion sort of thing, as well as a personal opinion plus spoilers sort of forum, I'm not sure what your issue is. Feel free to ignore me....

I thought it was ok, but I didn't care for the highlights against the black.

My favorite armor is a modded set NoseGoblin made of the DB armor http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4632.
Warlock hood, thieves gloves, thieves boots and a mages robe modded to include chain.
Light armor, mostly leather and cloth with a chain chest piece. No bright colors, outlandish pauldrons and other wonky stuff.

With a black retex of the TG armor as a close second http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=703

I would agree with the previous poster. I prefer my armor to be nicely made and low key. Nothing glowing, bright, with giant pauldrons glowing red/green/orange or any of that junk.

I guess not because it's too "evil" for do-gooders like her :shocking:

It isn't that it's "evil" (some of my characters could fall under something like that), it's that it's trying too hard to be evil, and just looks like some lame demon toy at a flea market.

edit: Ebony isn't much better. It's got "big hips". lol

I think the lower level armors are the best in the game, as well as others, all the good stuff like Glass, Deadric, ebony etc. Looks to outlandish imo but Steel, Iron, Steel plate, fur, leather, wolf, and blades armor are awesome.

I felt the same way in Oblivion. My favorite Oblivion armor was Leather (in fact Oblivion's Leather might be my all-time favorite Elder Scrolls armor).

It was the same for the heavy armor category. My favorite was Steel (I liked the textures on Iron but the plunging neckline on female Iron just looked...wrong). My characters avoided any armor above Leather or Steel.

I was a bit disappointed with the Guildmaster Armor
Spoiler
I thought it would be something original, but its the same as Vex, Delvin and Bryjolfs
The set of armor I do Love is the nightingale armor, looks so mysterious and sneaky :D
