Beast rider. Basically the higher the perk the bigger and bader the beast is you can ride on. Starting from bear, sabre tooth up to mammoth and dragons. I'd buy some perks in that tree.

I know + illusion got invisibilty and alteration got paralysis. Which makes no sense what so ever.

Illusion always had invisibility did it not? but that alteration got paralysis doesn't indeed make any sense what so ever

Unarmed

Damage Increase, Increased punch speed, dual power attack that grabs and slam an opponent to the ground, power attacks cost less gauntlets add armour rating to damage ( add something new to the heavy armour perk ) alternating between left and right punches is faster than spamming right punch.

Acrobatics merged with Athletics.
I like acrobatic characters, so this is my most wanted too.

One perk tree that mixes elements of acrobatics, dodge, athletics, unarmed and unarmored into kind of a "monk" perk tree.

I'd like a 'general' perk tree similar to some of the perks in the Fallout games, perks that don't tie directly into skills. Lycanthropy perk tree too please.

Riding. There are a lot of useful things you could do with, or on a horse that you can't do. Probably the most important perk would be to be able to whistle for the beast, I'm always forgetting where I parked. Stuff like being able to cast defensive spells that included the horse. Getting extra speed out if it. Telling it not to race in and fight the bandits I'm trying to sneak up on.

Mountaineering? Probably TOO useful.

Unarmed just for fun. I love the unarmed finishers in the game and would love to see that coupled with a really fun unarmed perk tree. Then I could make my own badass Viking warrior. DENTAL APPOINTMENT!!!

This. My orc loves unarmed combat. Draugr keep shouting her weapon out of her hand so she kills them with her fists. Can't unarm those lol There needs to perks for this. Or at least allow unarmed combat to raise two handed skill tree

Daggers

Example Perks:

Your basic improve damage 20/40/60/80/100
Dual Weld spin 1/2. Super fast dual weld.
Throw Dagger 1. Daggers can be thrown short range.
Throw Dagger 2. Range of thrown daggers doubled.
Throw Dagger 3. Range increased and if sneaking x5 damage.
Throw Dagger 4. Throw Daggers can bounce around corners.
Dagger Shield. Spinning dagger can deflect arrows.

Just off the top of my head, hadn't really thought it out. I just really feel that it's lame that a Dagger and a Sword are considered the same skill when it is such a completely different fighting style.

This. Alone all 3 are pretty dissapointing compared to other skills but tied together (which also makes sense) they can be pretty good. It would also add a lot of customization and options, something that seems to disapear more and more every game.

I would like an Unarmed/Unarmored Perk Tree. Don't know if they need to be split up into two trees/branches or the Perks defined to benefit both as you go through the tree.

Baking... then I could work my way up to being a Master Baker !

Actually Im fine with what they have. Although I do like the idea of tying a perk tree to each guild. That way your assassin could have a different perk tree from your thief would and so for... if you play multiple characters. And each perk would get your a higher rank so to speak in the guild/faction. You would start off as a low level grunt and then with each perk become more respected. Although it would be kinda late to do that now.

This. A return of the Unarmed Skill would be outstanding. With this being the home of the Nords, I can't see why this one got nerfed. Granted, it would definitely give one the edge in those Brawl challenges, but how often do you get into those?

Aside from that, I can't really think about a Perk tree that needs adding. What I would love to see is an expansion of the existing trees. That would be sweet.

Not a werewolf or vampire perk tree, they are diseases not skills.

I'd like to see pickpocket and lockpick merged into one, larceny maybe. Then some merging of athletics and acrobatics (from oblivion) into one new skill.

Then I'd like to see the speech perks changed, make them more useful. Perks from fallout, such as items that weigh under 2 are halved in weight, or items that weigh over 20 are halved in weight, these could come under the larceny skill tree though. Just sort out the useless perks (aka the whole lockpick perk tree and most of the speech tree).

I'd like to see some of the perks improved too, make mage armor x2/x3/x4 instead of x2/x2.5/x3 for example. Change the heavy armor perk that makes armor weightless to half the weight (also change the stone to half for heavy armor), heavy armor should never be lighter than clothes.

As far as creating a whole new tree that should have been added from the begining of the game I think there should be an unarmed tree. There really is little way to make a good unarmed character and I wish there was more options on being able to make a more useful unarmed character.

As for your suggestion for a cooking tree I don't really see there to be a need for an entier tree but having a cooking skill to make use of all the food that is in the game could be useful. There really is no reason to cook anything in the game because of the low bonus you get from food. But if you could raise a cooking skill so that you get fortify to health/stamina and resistances to effects like alchemy but only being able to make foods with certain effects with a stronger effect. And maybe there could be cooking style quest like "You have been asked to make a cake for a royal wedding."

I want to see racial perk trees. Granted, that makes for 10, but still. I think it'd help give each race a bit more uniqueness.

To characterize your character... smart

Trap-making is my most wanted skill. Unarmed is cool and all, to add more combat choices, but trap-making wouldn't be a choice between combat skills, it would be a supplement to your current skillset, which would add more depth.

Beyond that, I'd like to see:
  • a Ki skill for warriors, which is the closest thing they'd ever get to spells. They would be special, monk-like abilities.
  • nature-based spells.
  • bardic music.

I mainly said cooking because it's unique, like the Survival Skill in Fallout New Vegas. I loved that skill, it made me look for food other than Stimpaks. And in Skyrim I would like to build a Hunter type character that would cook and sell what they had killed and by doing so I could easily rely on my cooking skill, not potions. :)

Cooking.

Food is okay at lower levels but +10 and +15 hp isn't much help for someone in their 50's or 60's who has over 400 health. Give us a reason to cook the stuff instead of just selling off the ingredients for gold, add a skill tree that allows us to make more elaborate dishes or even more skillfully cooked existing meals that give much more HP. Something that starts with "basic cooking" and ends with "master chef"
