i wonder how extensive the highres pack is... like, which highres mods we dont need anymore? I turned them all off for the moment.
Are highres modders actually angry because of all the work they have done?

Can't see why they would be angry. There a few high res texture and lighting mods already available and it didn't bother them then. Besides, modders do it for the love of the art not for any gain. And remember, the official high res textures require a very beefy system to run well on so there is still a market for mid range systems.

The high res download is so slow now... the speed is about 10% of what it was right after it was released. Can't wait to see it in action

you should get a GTX 560 Ti 2GB now thats legit gaming
I can run BF3 on ultra with 60+ FPS
